Refund Policy

We are always doing hard work to make our customer satisfied by providing good product, service and customer support. If you are not satisfied, experiencing any problem with our product, template or service, then we would like to request you to submit a ticket. We will check your issue and fix them as soon as we can.

However, if you are still not satisfied and want to refund your money, then we have the option to refund your 100% of the money.

The refund policy will be applicable, if:

  • You submitted your refund request within 7 days (168 hours) of purchase your membership/product.
  • You have purchased the membership/product/service from us.
  • We have received your payment.
  • Your membership/product/service is not free or not given you as a gift.
  • Your account is not terminated or suspended.
  • You have not downloaded/taken more than 30% of products/services from us or our website.
  • You have not used our product/services in your any project/website.
  • You sent email to claim your refund to support@rowbootstrap.com with the subject line “Refund Request” with the reason.

Please note:

  • The refund process can take 30 days to be completed.
  • RowBootstrap team has right to ask the reason of refund request.
  • RowBootstrap has also right to NOT offer the refund if there is any reasonable issue.
  • Refund policy can be updated at any time without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscriptions.
  • If you will get a refund (from PayPal) you cannot use downloaded premium products anymore.
  • You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.

RowBootstrap reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without notice.
